anyway, seeing you there inspired me to write this comment to let you know how absolutely adorable I thought you were.
you came off as so sincere, and genuine, and intelligent, and humble, which I found really endearing and refreshing
anyway, I just wanted to let you know I think you're great and I really appreciate how honest and down-to-earth you seem, especially in spite of the kind of crap your industry probably surrounds you with (but alas, thats a discussion for another time)
also, funny story, but — even though I said I've never "seen you live" — I go to NYU and so I actually HAVE spotted you on the street a handful of times around lexington ave/26th street and I think once at the 24 hour fitness by madison square park... who'd have thought you're even MORE handsome in person :)
You got cut off on your last show. I was on the edge of my seat. I was drunk when you were on, and I was thinking of the stupidest questions to ask you. Anyway, I was gonna ask you: What do you do in your spare time? Do you just watch t.v. and exercise? Do you look up blogs about life? Like what's happening in the world and shit like that.
James..oh James. It's not fair, what someone such as you has done to me. I adore your piece of mind and at the same time I am rejected by you. How can you be so confident and cocky and self-centered and yet have anxiety and depression to this extent.
Its upsetting, your physicality is a contradiction to your state of mind. I see people like you everyday and I stereotype you as the goodlooking jock, that man who only wants to be around people like himself, someone who doesn't want me. And now I stumble upon this blog only to discover that you have a heart. You've rendered me speechless...
I'm extremely insecure and anxious and have been hurt by goodlooking individuals like you and the hole grows deeper everyday the more jaded and bitter I become.
The one thing I am learning from you is that men like you can have a heart and there is more to a person than their looks, as cliche as it sounds but it still holds great truth; you've proved me wrong. But transcendence is so so hard to achieve in a superficial and materialistic society.
Misery loves company, right? Lonely hearts never have the chance to meet because the shell they created pushes everyone out. I wish I could talk to you but we're just two strangers.
The industry you're working for is destroying you. For someone as self-reflective as you, escaping that industry is a vital option.
Erik you are amazing in afterparty.. and every other film you've ever done. by far the hottest porn star ever.. i don't really care about what all of the internet-losers that don't like you have to say- you are the perfect guy. Perfect. My boyfriend said he'd pay you 20 grand to play in a video he directs.. but i'm guessing you are in contract with falcon or one of those companies. anyways take care bro, glad to read you are trying to take advantage of the rest of your life and live it a lot more positively.
