Erik, do not let the negative and nasty comments get you down. You are a man worthy of love and respect. It is unfortunate that some people make themselves feel better saying mean things about someone else. The best thing you can do is just ignore them. I will remember you in my prayers, my friend. Yes I pray, I have to I'm a minister. LOL I would suggest to you that you learn to meditate. I truly helps maintain our prespective on life and our mental and emotional balance. You can learn any method that works for you, just get you a book on it and go for it. I recommend the book by Lawerence LeShan. Best wishes for a Great New Year.

Sigur Ros is Icelandic band radness.
Saeglopur translates (roughly) to mean "lost at sea." Coincidentally appropriate it seems for your mindset there for awhile, but glad you have a mental compass to navigate with these days. :)
