Joe takes great photos. You look among your best in them. However, as an art fag with a degree, I can't say that conceptually you guys hit the proverbial nail on the head in this image.
Silencing your voice is incongruous as is tying up your hands, while leaving you free to walk away. Were you a representation of a known cause of global warming perhaps; its more of a simple bondage photo with a "GW" message on the stereotypical POLICE LINE, DANGER, caution type. B+ for composition and technique, C- for concept.
