Erik, you are looking amazing and from the sounds of things have a plan for making things better in your life, so good look with it.
Are you naturally a small guy? Your legs and calves seem a bit small (in proportion to your upper body- so dont take it that I mean you are not muscular in your lower half).
Maybe it is the lighting in the picture? I have seen you in person once at Splash and you are a giant....maybe a little too pumped up?

You both look amazing. I can't believe how you are saying that you need to work on your body because it is already just about perfect. Why else do you think you have legions of porn fans?
Although you paint it very badly, I think you quite enjoy a lot of your life - the sex, the attention, the great body, celebrities and tables in nice restaurants and even the drugs. Why else would you do it? I think there are just some things missing and you need to balance it out with maybe some better friends, some worthwhile pastime or maybe just a plan for your after-porn career. Clearly mooching around in your apartment on your own is not good for you, but who is it good for? Everyone here is telling you to quit drugs but you are a hellraiser by nature, so that is a bit pointless; though that does not mean that you should take crack or that you should not take somewhat better care of yourself. For example, I do worry about you passing out on G, as too many people die doing just that and it is uncomfortable reading about people taking advantage of you when you are in a state.
Just chill out and enjoy yourself warts and all,stop criticising yourself and being harsh on others too - you are never going to be Mother Teresa (you are too good-looking and far more witty) so just accept yourself for who you are and enjoy the ride! xx

You know what cheers me up this time of year, Erik, when it just seems like we've months of long, gray days? Going through seed and nursery catalogs and planning my springtime planting and gardens. Trying new varieties and designs.
But the last couple years it's been the same thing: the deer and rabbits just make mincemeat of my garden. I have poked around online, but thought I would ask you what your favorite picks are for deer- and rabbit-repellant plants?
Oh, and thanks for the rice suggestion with the shrimp scampi; you were right, it was a much better direction to go. I tried your recipe and it was a huge hit. People couldn't believe it when I told them who suggested it!
